The Center for the Study of Law and Religion (CSLR) is composed of various participating scholars, including leaders, senior fellows, associated faculty, and visiting scholars. When CSLR came to Cast Iron Coding, they had collected hundreds of pages of data on these scholars, including lists of publications, short bios, and curriculum vitae.
Cast Iron Coding began by configuring the TYPO3 rich text editor (RTE) to properly format text pasted from Word documents on the frontend. Each individual's data was imported using the RTE and Cast Iron Coding staff carefully went through each record to make sure the content was outputted correctly on the frontend. CVs, bios, and publications were added as subpages to each individual's page, and the template for the "People" branch of the website was modified in such a way that menus of subpages would be generated on-the-fly by TYPO3.
