Does Cast Iron Coding offer 24x7 support?

No. Cast Iron Coding uses an online Help Desk for all support requests, which is monitored from 6:30 AM - 1:00 AM EST. All support requests should be submitted at support.castironcoding.com or by sending an email to support(at)castironcoding.com

Does Cast Iron Coding offer phone support?

No, we prefer support requests to come through our trouble ticket reporting system or e-mail for a variety of reasons. First, it provides an audit trail of communication so that all the facts can be passed on to whomever may be working your problem. Second, it allow us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone. Third, the audit trail allows us to objectively review the performance of our support team.

What are the limits of Cast Iron Coding support?

Cast Iron Coding provides limited technical support to its Subscribers. When providing support, Cast Iron Coding proceeds according to the following guidelines:

1. Cast Iron Coding provides support related to your server or virtual site physical functioning.

2. Cast Iron Coding does not offer tech support for application specific issues or any other software issue, unless
