Shared hosting clients and clients who do not require the managed hosting that Rackspace provides are hosted in SoftLayer's® facilities. Customers who require more advanced solutions with higher level SLA are hosted with Rackspace. Through these partners we are able to place our clients in world-class data centers across the US.
All of our shared and dedicated hosting packages include automated, incremental backups using i365's EVault Product.
We include the price of backups in our shared hosting accounts. Backups are taken on a daily basis and we store incremental backups in an off-site, redundant storage facility. All backups are performed using i365s eVault backup technology, which allows us to perform targeted data restores when necessary.
We provide a level of support that the larger hosts are unable to provide.
